EXCHANGES

We will gladly exchange any item for a different size, color or item.

To exchange an item, call us at 415-923-0454. We will immediately send you an exchange for any in-stock item. Out-of-stock items take a little longer. We will charge you for the new merchandise when it is sent to you, and refund your credit card upon our receipt of the item to be exchanged.

RETURNS

Send us any item that you wish to return, following the instructions below. Your account will be credited upon our receipt of the merchandise, in the condition in which it was sent, with your ORIGINAL RECEIPT.

HOW TO SEND US ITEMS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN

• Use the shipper of your choice to send exchanges and returns to us.
• Include the ORIGINAL RECEIPT with the items in your package.
• Please return merchandise in the condition in which it was sent.
• ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST BE SHIPPED INSURED.
